Some Social, Economic and Community Participation and Improved Daily Living Skills budgets change as plans are created or reassessed from 1 October 2026, or renewed from 1 February 2027. Are these the prices Unify charges?
These are GST-inclusive maximums for selected hourly supports. They apply to agency-managed and plan-managed funding. Providers may charge less; self-managed participants can negotiate rates. We'll confirm Unify's rates in your service agreement. A listed item does not establish eligibility or available funding.
What are remote and very remote loadings?
Choose the zone where the support is delivered. Modified Monash areas MM 1–5 generally use national limits, MM 6 remote and MM 7 very remote. The NDIA also reclassifies some isolated towns. Check Part 3 of the official pricing schedule before choosing a zone; a postcode alone may not establish the correct rate.
Does this include travel or report writing?
Yes, if you add them. Open Add indirect activities to include report writing and other non-face-to-face time, NDIA-requested reports, provider travel and short notice cancellations. Therapy and behaviour support use their own catalogue lines (travel has a lower price limit); other supports claim these against the same item where the catalogue allows. Cancellations replace scheduled sessions in this estimate, and travel is counted for attended sessions only. Conditions and travel caps apply; confirm actual claims and agree charges in your service agreement.
How do staffing and time affect the estimate?
Select the item that matches the delivery time and intensity. Shared supports need an agreed allocation across participants; multiple workers need their own agreed hours and item conditions. This calculator does not determine staffing ratios or eligibility. Sleepovers, daily accommodation packages and other non-hourly supports are outside its selected hourly catalogue.
Which pricing year is used?
We checked all 100 selected hourly supports against catalogue 2026–27 v1.1 and the pricing schedule effective 24 September 2026. Catalogue item start dates are 1 July 2026. This tool does not include every NDIS item, such as daily or per-item supports. Check the official documents for changes and claiming conditions before quoting.
